4. Video Content Processing

Your videos are your property. We process your videos solely to provide our editing service. Here's how we handle your video content:

  • Temporary Storage: Uploaded videos are stored temporarily during processing and for a limited period afterward to allow you to download results.
  • Automatic Deletion: Videos and processed outputs are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days, or immediately upon your request.
  • No Human Review: Your videos are processed automatically by our AI systems. We do not manually review your video content unless required for technical support at your explicit request.
  • No Training: We do not use your video content to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.
  • Transcription Data: Audio transcriptions generated during processing are used solely to identify segments for removal and are deleted with the associated video.

We use the following third-party services to operate Rendezvous:

6. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account deletion.
  • Video Content: Retained for up to 30 days after processing, then automatically deleted.
  • Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required for tax and legal compliance.
  • Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

  • All data transmitted to and from our Service is encrypted using TLS/SSL
  • Video files are stored in encrypted cloud storage
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
